These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Supreme Video AI ("Supreme Video AI," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the supremevideoai.com website and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

3. User Obligations and Conduct 3.1. Account Registration and Security: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Supreme Video AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 3.2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, using the Service to: a. Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. b. Upload, post, or transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. d. Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. e. Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. f. Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. g. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. h. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service. i. Engage in any fraudulent activity or any other activity that Supreme Video AI deems improper or adversarial to the integrity of the Service. 3.3. Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights 4.1. Supreme Video AI Content: All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, and any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Supreme Video AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. 4.2. User Content: You retain all ownership rights in the video footage, images, audio, text, and other materials ("User Input Content") that you upload or submit to the Service. By uploading User Input Content, you grant Supreme Video AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Input Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you. 4.3. Output Content: To the extent that the Service generates new content ("Output Content") based on your User Input Content, and provided you have adhered to these Terms, Supreme Video AI acknowledges that you generally own the Output Content. However, you acknowledge that the Service's AI components contribute to the Output Content, and Supreme Video AI makes no warranty regarding the originality or intellectual property rights of Output Content, particularly concerning its resemblance to existing works or its suitability for specific commercial uses.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties 5.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 5.2. SUPREME VIDEO AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 5.3. SUPREME VIDEO AI DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPREME VIDEO AI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. 6.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SUPREME VIDEO AI TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
7. Indemnification 7.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supreme Video AI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (b) your breach of any of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
8. Suspension and Termination 8.1. Supreme Video AI may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, including without limitation for breach of these Terms. 8.2. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination. 8.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms 9.1. Supreme Video AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 9.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
10. Governing Law 10.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions 11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the Service. 11.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. 11.3. Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Supreme Video AI's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 11.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Supreme Video AI’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Supreme Video AI may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
